Terms of Service
Effective date: March 2, 2026
1. What is Webhook Dispatcher?
Webhook Dispatcher is a cloud-based webhook management service operated by IMPULSE LAB SAS, 26 Rue Bosquet, 75007 Paris, France.
It lets you receive, inspect, replay, and dispatch webhooks to multiple destinations. You can use it at webhook.impulselab.ai.
2. Your Account
You need an account to use the service. You sign in with an email magic link. Keep your account credentials safe — you are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information. One human, one account. Don't share accounts.
3. Free and Paid Plans
We offer a free tier (up to 3 webhooks) and a paid tier (unlimited webhooks). All features are available on both tiers — the only difference is the number of webhooks you can create.
Payments are processed through Autumn, a third-party billing provider. By subscribing to a paid plan, you also agree to their terms.
4. Acceptable Use
Use Webhook Dispatcher for lawful purposes only. Don't:
- Send illegal or harmful content through the service
- Attempt to disrupt or overload the infrastructure
- Use the service to spam, phish, or harass others
- Reverse-engineer or scrape the service
- Resell access without our permission
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Your Webhook Data
You are responsible for the data you send through Webhook Dispatcher — including webhook payloads, headers, and configurations. Make sure you have the right to transmit that data and that it complies with applicable laws.
6. Intellectual Property
We own the service, its code, design, and branding. You own your data. We don't claim any rights over the content you send through Webhook Dispatcher.
You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.
7. Service Availability
We do our best to keep Webhook Dispatcher running smoothly, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. There is no SLA. The service is provided on a best-effort basis.
We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Impulse Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This includes lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You can stop using Webhook Dispatcher and delete your account at any time. We can also terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms.
When your account is deleted, all associated data is permanently removed.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of Paris, France.
