Who We Are

What We Collect

Account Data

Your email address and name, provided when you sign in via email magic link. We plan to add Google and GitHub OAuth in the future.

Webhook Data

Webhook URLs, configurations, incoming request payloads (headers and body), and dispatch logs. This is the core data you create and manage through the service.

Workspace Data

Team and workspace information, member roles, and invitations.

CLI Connection Data

Connection metadata when you use the CLI tunnel feature to forward webhooks locally.

Cookies

We use authentication session cookies only. No analytics cookies, no tracking cookies, no third-party cookies. That's it.

What We Don't Collect

We don't run any analytics. No Vercel Analytics, no PostHog, no Google Analytics, nothing. We don't track your behavior on the site.

How We Use Your Data

• To provide and operate the service
• To authenticate you and manage your sessions
• To send transactional emails (invitations, notifications)
• To process and dispatch your webhooks

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

Where We Store Your Data

Your data is stored in Europe using PostgreSQL and Upstash Redis. The application is hosted on Vercel.

Third Parties

We share data with these service providers only:

• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
• Upstash — Redis cache, hosted in Europe
• Resend — transactional emails

No other third parties receive your data.

Data Retention

Your data is stored for as long as your account exists. When you delete a workspace, all related data (webhooks, logs, configurations) is permanently deleted. When you delete your account, everything is removed.

Your Rights (GDPR)

As an EU-based company, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation. You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of your personal data
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — delete your data and account
• Portability — receive your data in a portable format
• Objection — object to certain processing of your data

You can delete your account directly from your settings, or email us at privacy@impulselab.ai for any request. We respond within 30 days.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
